"I have been using McSwain for about 15 years for all of my repair needs outside of free service offered by dealerships. Billy and Brian are some of the most honest people I have met for auto repairs. I have had vehicles serviced where I tell them to give the vehicle a once over and tell me what I need to have done on it or some general maintenance is coming due and I want them to look at the parts and I have always gotten a honest answer on what needs to be done, and many times they tell me everything looks good and I am good to go. I've had a couple of repairs where they had things torn down and they notice that a part is starting to ware (is still functioning and no issues) but because they have things torn down to a point where it can be easily replaced they ask if they should do it now or if I wait it will cost me $1000 more because of the labor it takes to tear the engine down again. It's always my call but they are just trying to save me money on a future repair. That honesty is not something I have found with too many shops. The first time I used them they saved me over $3,000 over a dealership and they installed upgraded parts that the dealership didn't offer. If you're looking for a reasonably price mechanic that is knowledgeable, quick turn around time and honest McSwain should be your first and only call. A customer for life!"
